This notice explains how JTA Services Ltd uses personal information sent to us through this website.
Who we are
JTA Services Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14164259, registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. You can contact us about privacy at info@jta-services.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, site location and the details of your enquiry.
Our web server also records standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and stop misuse of the form.
How we use it and why
- To reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you ask for a quote, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To keep the website secure and filter spam. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
We do not sell your information, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to marketing lists from an enquiry.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- our website hosting provider, which runs this site and the enquiry form;
- an email delivery service, which passes form enquiries to our inbox;
- our business email provider (Microsoft 365), where enquiries are stored and answered.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If you do not become a customer, we delete them within 24 months. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as needed for the work and our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To use any of these rights, email info@jta-services.co.uk.
